All orders ship within 5 business days for free. You can pay for faster shipping.

Gracey Ripa is not responsible for carrier delays, misrouting, or delivery issues outside of her control, but will work with the client to determine an appropriate resolution once shipment status is finalized.

What happens if I put the wrong address?

Orders will be shipped to the address you entered. Please check the address entered prior to checkout. There will be no shipping refunds or refunds in general on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is complimentary on all original artwork. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for transit is assumed by the carrier. In the event of a delivery delay, return-to-sender, or other carrier-related issue outside of my control, the client is responsible for the cost of any reshipment.
