These terms and conditions (The Agreement) apply to your use of this website and products provided by Gracey Ripa, based in San Francisco, CA, United States.

Assent & Acceptance:

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is complimentary on all original artwork. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for transit is assumed by the carrier. In the event of a delivery delay, return-to-sender, or other carrier-related issue outside of my control, the client is responsible for the cost of any reshipment.

Reverse Engineering & Security:

Do not attempt to reverse engineer or breach the website's security.

Data Loss:

Gracey Ripa is not responsible for the security of your account or content.

Indemnification:

You agree to defend and indemnify Gracey Ripa against legal claims arising from your use of her website or products.

Spam Policy:

Illegal spam activities are prohibited.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements regarding website use.

Limitation on Liability:

The liability is limited to the greater of $1oo or the amount paid in the last six months.

General Provisions:

Good Faith Resolution: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

Assignment: Rights granted under this Agreement cannot be transferred without consent.

Severability: Invalid parts of the Agreement do not affect the rest.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights.

No Agency: No agency or partnership is created.

Force Majeure: Gracey Ripa is not liable for unforeseen events.

Electronic Communications: Email communication is permitted.
